Exchange is a progressive, all volunteer national service organization, which focuses on personal and professional development for  those who want to help build a healthier society and aid their communities.  Since the Exchange adopted child abuse prevention as its focus in 1979, more than 82,500 children and 44,000 families have been helped to break the cycle of abuse. Funds are raised to support local and national programs of service such as Americanism, Youth, Community Service and Child Abuse Prevention... the national project.  Exchange members meet on a regular basis and participate in social and family related activities as well as important programs which provide safe and secure communities.  Contact any member of the Mount Vernon/Knox County Exchange Club, join us for lunch any Friday at Ryan's Steakhouse at noon and Ignite the Excitement.
