The RB Healing Field Will Be An Amazing Display of 1100 3x5' American Flags, Each Representing a Home That Was Lost or Damaged During The Wild Fires In October 2007. This Number Encompasses Homes From Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, Rancho Santa Fe, Ramona, Poway and Lakeside California.
This beautiful patriotic display is a hopeful and healing reminder of a tragic event.
One Flag One Home!
The 1100, three by five foot US flags atop eight foot poles will be arranged on a field of green in perfect rows and columns for all to expereince and remember the 1100 homes lost and damaged one year ago.
The flags will be posted by volunteers and will remain up from October 18 -20.
Attendance is free to everyone and all are invited to participate in this community event. Bring a camera and your family.
