The first Healing Field was produced as a community event on the one year anniversary of the terrorist attack on September 11th. Healing Field was established as a nation wide project when public response and comments, photos and remarks were sent to us by patriotic Americans around the world. Photos from our original field in 2002 were passed around through email and snail mail and we wanted a place to share all the wonderful stories.
